Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all private boat tours and curated experiences booked directly with us. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after payment is completed. Payments can be made in advance via secure links (SEPA Direct Debit, Viva Wallet, or Stripe) or at check-in.

Please note that payment at check-in does not guarantee your date or time slot. Bookings are secured strictly on a first-paid basis.

Cancellations by Guests

• Cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to the trip are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the trip, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

Weather & Safety

In the event of unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, the trip may be rescheduled or canceled by the operator. Guests will be offered either:

• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule for another available date.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used (SEPA, Viva Wallet, or Stripe). Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Last-Minute Changes

Requests for changes within 72 hours of departure are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Payment at Check-in

Guests opting to pay at check-in acknowledge that:

• Their booking date is not secured until payment is completed.
• Availability may change without notice.
