Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms apply to all regular boat trips, including sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling, and leisure cruises.
2. Safety
The vessel is fully equipped with all required safety equipment and carries full legal insurance in accordance with Greek maritime regulations.
All passengers must follow the instructions of the skipper and crew at all times.
Life jackets must be worn when requested by the crew.
3. Health Restrictions
For safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with serious medical conditions are not permitted to participate.
Passengers are responsible for assessing their own physical condition before boarding.
4. Passengers (Pax)
Maximum number of passengers is determined by the vessel’s legal capacity.
Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult, unless otherwise specified.
5. Weather Conditions
Trips are subject to weather and sea conditions.
In case of unsafe conditions, the operator may reschedule the trip or offer a full refund.
6. Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
The operator is not liable for loss or damage to personal items during the trip.
7. Conduct on Board
Respectful behavior toward crew, other passengers, and the marine environment is required.
The operator reserves the right to refuse boarding or terminate a trip if safety or conduct rules are violated.
8. Liability
Participation is at the passenger’s own risk.
The operator is not liable for injury, illness, or accidents unless caused by proven negligence.
9. Photography & Media
Photos or videos may be taken during the trip for promotional purposes unless guests request otherwise.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By boarding the vessel, passengers confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
