1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in boat tours, fishing charters, snorkeling, and other sea-based activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, rough seas, weather changes, and equipment use. I accept these risks voluntarily.

2. Safety & Equipment
I understand that the vessel is fully equipped with all required safety measures and carries the legally mandated insurance. I agree to follow all instructions provided by the crew.

3. Health Restrictions
For safety reasons, persons with serious medical conditions or pregnant women are not permitted to participate. It is my responsibility to assess my own health and inform the crew of any relevant conditions.

4. Release of Liability
I release and discharge the operator, crew, and associated personnel from any liability for personal injury, illness, property loss, or death, except in cases of proven negligence.

5. Responsibility for Catch & Equipment
Participants are responsible for the handling and care of their catch, fishing equipment, and personal belongings during the trip.

6. Agreement
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms. I participate voluntarily and accept all associated risks.
