• I understand that pole spearfishing and snorkeling involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Cuts, scrapes, or punctures from the pole spear.

  • Encounters with marine life.

  • Slips, trips, or falls on the boat.

  • Environmental hazards such as rocks, waves, or currents.

• I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with this activity.

2️⃣ Health and Fitness

• I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and have no medical conditions that could affect my safety.

• I will inform the crew of any health issues before the activity.

3️⃣ Safety Compliance

• I agree to follow all instructions from the crew and respect all safety rules.

• I will use the provided equipment responsibly, including pole spears, masks, snorkels, fins, and flotation devices.

4️⃣ Release of Liability

• I release, waive, and discharge the tour operator, crew, and associated parties from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or death arising from my participation, except in cases of proven negligence.

5️⃣ Damage to Equipment

• I agree to take care of all provided equipment and understand that I may be liable for damage or loss caused by misuse.

6️⃣ Consent for Photos/Videos

• I consent to the use of any photos or videos taken during the activity for marketing purposes, unless I specifically opt-out.

7️⃣ Governing Law
