1. Age Confirmation

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and can legally participate in an adults-only boat trip. Valid ID may be requested at check-in. I understand that participation is restricted to adults only.

2. Clothing-Optional / Nudity Acknowledgment

I understand that certain trips may be clothing-optional, and I voluntarily accept this experience. I agree to respect the privacy and comfort of other passengers and crew at all times.

3. Health & Safety

• I acknowledge that the vessel is fully equipped with all safety equipment and carries full legal insurance.

• For safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with serious medical conditions are not permitted.

• I confirm that I am physically able to participate and will notify the crew of any relevant health conditions.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

I understand that all boat trips involve inherent risks, including but not limited to rough seas, slips, falls, weather changes, or accidents. I participate voluntarily and at my own risk.

5. Release of Liability

I release, waive, and discharge the operator, crew, and associated personnel from any liability for personal injury, illness, loss, or death, except in cases of proven negligence by the operator or crew.

6. Conduct

I agree to follow all instructions given by the crew. I understand that failure to comply may result in termination of participation without refund.

7. Media Consent

I understand that photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes unless I expressly opt out.

8. Acceptance

By signing this Waiver, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms and conditions above.
