1.

Payment

• Standard payment is pay at check-in.

• The operator reserves the right to request prepayment to secure the booking.

• Optional extras (e.g., BBQ) are paid at check-in unless prepayment is agreed.

• Prices are per charter, not per person, unless otherwise stated.

• Optional extras (e.g., BBQ) are added at the time of booking.

2. Duration

• Standard trips are 4 hours. Optional BBQ adds 1 extra hour.

3. BBQ Option

• BBQ costs €200 extra and includes a stop at a beach for swimming & grilling.

• No catch = no extra charge and no additional time.

• Includes drinks,  and BBQ items as specified.

4. Safety & Conduct

• All passengers must follow the crew’s instructions.

• Life jackets must be worn when required.

• Passengers must respect local laws, marine life, and the environment.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before departure for a refund.

• Weather cancellations are fully refundable or reschedulable.

6. Liability

• The operator is not responsible for loss, injury, or accidents caused by passenger negligence.

• Passengers participate at their own risk.

7. Fishing & Catch

• Passengers are responsible for handling and keeping their catch.

• BBQ or extra time is only applicable if fish or squid is caught, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Privacy & Communication

• Contact info may be used for booking confirmations and updates only.
